Postdoctoral fellow, Pospisilik Laboratory

Dr. Yang graduated from National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan, with a bachelor’s degree in life sciences. He then earned a master’s degree in molecular medicine focusing on the study of negative regulation of inflammation/innate immunity from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. He completed his Ph.D. from Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics, Freiburg, Germany, where he investigated phenotypic heterogeneity, epigenetics and obesity. His current project focuses on investigating the epigenetic mechanisms underlying the Neuronatin (Nnat) deficiency-induced bistable overgrowth.
